Our history and vision

The Chihuahuan desert and all of its wonders are part of our ancestry. Our family has worked ranches for many generations past, were the sotol plant is wildly encountered and flourishes abundantly. With due respect and care, we sustainably and consciously explore what our land offers to create a Sotol like no other.

Our traditional distillation process, adhering to our high-quality standards coupled with responsible utilization of nature’s gifts, is no easy task. Our process requires a harmonious balance of harvesting, ingredient selection, crafting, distilling, and aging that allows us to highlight our Sotol’s complex flavor. Every step of the process is closely monitored.

Our team is formed by a combination of carefully selected experts from different fields including jimadores, maestros sotoleros, craftsmen and quality assuring personnel. Care of our land is in our mind every step of the way, guaranteeing the preservation and respect of the local flora and fauna.
